Blizardo is the first of the Extinctioners to be revived, Themed after an Impact winter, he is armed with his Icicle Launchers and can also launch the Blizardo Ice Bombs from his Icicle Launchers. Sent to attack humanity, Blizardo ends up being destroyed by Red Dino Charge Ranger and Red TyrannoZord. Later revived alongside his fellow Extinctioners, Blizardo aided in the attack on PlesioZord Lab. After Emoneytion Tree's death, Blizardo decides to exact revenge on humanity with his Freeze-cry Tactic , where he turned peoples' tears into a freezing agent to bring back a new ice age. Though he intended to use Mary, Blizardo is defeated by the Dino Charge Rangers before being enlarged,with him and his supporters destroyed by Dino Burst Megazord.
