Belinda Russell

Belinda Russell is a wealthy fashion designer who is Vernon's mother. She & Alton separated while Vernon was still a child, & Vernon stayed with his father. She returns to take Vernon under her wing to be a fashion model & travel the world, denying his wishes to stay with his friends to serve as a Cybersaur Ranger. Archaeos, in disguise, manages to get the two together to allow Belinda to realize that she should not force her wishes on her son, & allows him to continue protecting the world as a Cybersaur Ranger while making peace with her ex-husband.
