Battle Force is a comic book series published by BOOM! Studios & IDW Publishing. Using elements from the 1979 Super Sentai series Battle Fever J, the comic series is considered a spin-off of Power Rangers, geared towards more mature audiences.
Synopsis[]
When Earth is threatened by a cult of mad egocentrics, the United Nations brings together a team of superpowered warriors to take down the threat. The team includes a young karate master from Tokyo, Japan; an expert fencer from Paris, France; a prince from Kenya; a former Russian soldier turned rebel; & an FBI agent from New York, USA. Wearing powered suits, these heroes unite to face the evil cult, & protect our Earth from falling into chaos.
