Batlyse (Bat-lees) is the third general of The Nether Star Clan and the last surviving general that was loyal to King Moonsault, and third to die after Varyn and Galyn.
He arrived to restore the original plan that Galyn was given and to punish Kirnu for becoming friends with "The Prisoner". He also sensed a disturbance in the fabric time (which was the Gold Ranger's arrival).
He was supposedly killed by Mosa Megazord, but had fossilized himself beneath the sea and had swapped sides to drag Veula's Crew to Earth to kill Kirnu, but had double crossed her and attempt to kill her so he would become king. He was defeated by Dino-Wing Megazord and Mosa Megazord.
He was revived by Veula in the final battle.
Personality[]
He is good with strategy and actually holds strong grudges with all of his fellow generals, which he uses to double cross Veula and Kirnu. His cunningness led to both of his initial defeats.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Durability: Due to his heavily-armored body, Batlyse is extremely durable against his opponent's attacks.
- Portal Creation: Batlyse can create a chessboard-based laser portal to teleport himself from one place to another.
- Strength: Batlyse's strength exceeds that of Galyn's, being able to best Five Knights in combat.
- Fossilization: Batlyse can encase himself in amber to heal himself.
- Enlarging: Similar to Galyn and Molmite, he can use special cannon balls to grow.
- Submarine Mode: Batlyse can open the port on the back of each leg to reveal a turbine, allowing him to move underwater like a submarine.
- Longevity: He can live for millions years.
Arsenal[]
- Gatling Artillery: He can fire energy beams and missiles from the artillery cannons in each shoulder.
- Screw Claws: He can use the spiral-style claws on his vambraces in combat; he can spin the vambraces for corkscrew jabs or unleash spiral energy punches.

- His submarine/captain motif makes him resemble Captain Mutiny from Lost Galaxy
