- He is also a veteran of the United States Marine Corp, having served 2 tours.
- Suarez has stated in multiple interviews that his favorite color is green and his biggest inspiration is Bruce Lee. He was a MMPR fan as a child, and his favorite was Tommy Oliver.
- Barbaro is real life best friends with Armand Garnett, who portayed Marcus Beverly.
