The Astro Force Megazord is the main Megazord in Power Rangers Astro Force.

Overview[]

The Astro Force Megazord 1/3/5/7/9 is the default combination of the Astro Force Megazord.

  • The first combination, also known as the primary combination, features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the left arm, thje Taurus Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg. In this combination; the Astro Force Megazord uses the Dorado Zord's blade as a sword, the Chamaeleon Zord's tongue as a grappling wire, can perform a charge attack using the Taurus Zord's treads, and deliver a spinning heel kick with the Lupus Zord. This combination's finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast: The Astro Force Megazord gathers energy from the five Power Gloves and slashes with The Dorado Zord's blade accompanied by a barrage of flaming meteors.

  • The second combination of the Astro Force Megazord 1/3/5/7/9 features the Taurus Zord as the right arm, the Dorado Zord as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

Astro Zords[]

The Astro Zords are the personal Zords of the Astro Force Rangers. Each Astro Zord (except the Leo Zord) can form either an arm or a leg for the Megazord, allowing 24 different combinations.

Leo Zord[]

The Leo Zord is the Red Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The largest of the 9 main Astro Zords, the Leo Zord is armed with missile launchers behind its claws and a beam cannon in its mouth. In the event the Astro Force Rangers need to evacuate from a battle, a ventral cargo bay enables the Leo Zord to pick them up and flee with them. Forms the body and head of the Astro Force Megazord in all of its combinations.

Scorpius Zord[]

The Scorpius Zord is the Orange Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Scorpius Zord is able to burrow underground and uses its claws and stinger for melee combat. The stinger can also fire a powerful energy beam. Forms the right arm of the Astro Force Megazord in its secondary combination and left arm and right/left leg in its alternate combinations.

As an arm, the Astro Force Megazord can use its stinger as a laser cannon or a blade.

Lupus Zord[]

The Lupus Zord is the Blue Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Lupus Zord can fire an energy beam from its mouth and slash with its claws. Forms the left leg of the Astro Force Megazord in its default combination and the right/left arm and right leg in its alternate combinations.

As a leg, it allows the Astro Force Megazord to perform a slashing spinning heel kick.

Libra Zord[]

The Libra Zord is the Gold Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Libra Zord can use its disk like hands as either shields or buzz saws. Forms the left leg of the Astro Force Megazord in its secondary combination and right/left arm and right leg in its alternate combination. When first summoned, it assumes the form of the Libra scales and then a humanoid form when joined with the Power Globe.

The Libra Zord can also perform a team attack with the Ophiuchus Zord called the Astro Double Blast where the Power Globes are rotated forward and energy beams are fired from both Kyutama for an attack.

As an arm, the Astro Force Megazord can use the Libra Zord's disks as either shields or buzz saws. It can also use them in the Astro Disk Strike finisher where it launches the disks like a razor sharp yo-yo to obliterate the opponent. As a leg, the disks can be used as wheels to allow the Astro Force Megazord to perform a dashing attack.

Taurus Zord[]

The Taurus Zord is the Black Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Taurus Zord can use its horns to either fire a spiraling energy beam or to perform a powerful ramming attack. Forms the right leg of the Astro Force Megazord in its default combination and left/right arm and left leg in its alternate combinations.

As a leg, its treads allow the Astro Force Megazord to perform a charging attack. As an arm, the Astro Force Megazord can use it as an arm cannon.

Ophiuchus Zord[]

The Ophiuchus Zord is the Silver Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. Forms the right leg of the Astro Force Megazord in its secondary combination and right/left arm and left leg in its alternate combinations. When first summoned it assumes the form of a serpent's head and then a humanoid form after attaching the Power Globe.

The Ophiuchus Zord uses the fangs mounted on its feet and hands as blades and can also perform a team attack with the Libra Zord called the Astro Double Blast where the Power Globes are rotated forward and a dual energy beam is fired from them at the opponent.

As an arm, the serpent head can be launched out on an extendable neck to bite/grab an opponent and throw them into the air. As a leg, the Ophiuchus Zord does bladed kicks like The Lupus Zord.

Chamaeleon Zord[]

The Chamaeleon Zord is the Green Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Chamaeleon Zord is armed with an extendable tongue which it uses to bind and crush Dark Matter starfighters. Forms the left arm of the Astro Force Megazord in its default combination and right arm and right/left leg in its alternate combinations.

As either an arm or leg, the Astro Force Megazord can use Chamaeleon Zord's tongue as a grappling wire to snag or trip the opponent. When its used as an arm, the wire can also be used a form of whip. Although the wire can be cut, it seems to be repairable.

Aquila Zord[]

The Aquila Zord is the Pink Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Aquila Zord is equipped with a pair of bladed wings and can fire an energy beam from its beak. Forms the left arm of the Astro Force Megazord in its secondary combination and right arm and right/left leg in its alternate combination.

As an arm, Washi Voyager's wings act as a pair of blades and a bow for the finishers. If the Aquila Zord were to become a leg, it can do a bladed kick like the Lupus Zord.

In rare circumstances, the Aquila Zord can be equipped to the back of the Astro Force Megazord to form a pair of wings and enable flight. It is the only known instance of the Astro Force Megazord using six Astro Zords rather than the usual five.

Dorado Zord[]

The Dorado Zord is the Yellow Astro Force Ranger's Astro Zord. The Dorado Zord uses its razor sharp bill to slash through Jark Matter Starfighters. The bill can also fire a laser beam from its tip. Forms the right arm of the Astro Force Megazord in its default combination and left arm and right/left leg in its alternate combinations.

As an arm, the Dorado Zord acts as the Astro Force Megazord's sword. If the Dorado Zord were to become a leg, it might be able to pierce through the opponent's bottom limbs.

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/4/5/6[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/4/5/6: This combination features the Ophiuchus Zord as the right arm, the Libra Zord as the left arm, the Taurus Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

In this combination, the Astro Force Megazord can use the Libra Zord's disks as either shields or buzz saws or launch the Ophiuchus Zord's snake head on an extendable neck to bite/grasp an opponent and lift them into the sky.

Its finisher is the Astro Disk Strike where it performs a yo-yo attack with the Libra Zord's disk.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 2.

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/6/7/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/6/7/9:

  • The first combination features Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Chamaeleon Voyager as the left arm, the Ophiuchus Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.
  • The second combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Ophiuchus Zord as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Voyager as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg. Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast where the blade of the Dorado Zord gathers energy from the Power Globes and delivers three slashes accompanied by a barrage of flaming meteors.

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/5/8/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Aquila Zord as the left arm, the Taurus Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

In this combination, the Astro Force Megazord can use the Aquila Zord's wings as blades.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast where the blade of the Dorado Zord manifests an energy arrow while the Aquila Zord's wings serve as a bow to shoot it at the opponent.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 4.

Astro Force Megazord 1/4/6/8/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/4/6/8/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Aquila Zord as the left arm, the Ophiuchus Zord as the right leg and the Libra Zord as the left leg.

In this combination, the Astro Force Megazord can slash an opponent with the Dorado Zord's blade and the Aquila Zord's wings as well as perform a flip kick with the Ophiuchus and Libra Zords.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast where the Astro Force Megazord jumps into the sky and launches the Ophiuchus Zord's snake head and the Libra Zord's disks to simultaneously bite and buzzsaw the opponent.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 5.

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/4/7/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/4/7/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Libra Zord as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

In this combination, the Astro Force Megazord can enhance its power with the power of the Pegasus Power Globe.

Its finisher is the Astro Pegasus Blast where the Astro Force Megazord manifests a pair of energy wings which it uses in a spinning slash to finish off the opponent.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 6.

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/3/7/8[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/3/7/8: This combination features the Scorpius Zord as the right arm, the Aquila Zord as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

This combination uses two variations of the Astro Force Final Blast as its finisher. The first generates a swirling energy blade from the Aquila Zord which is then propelled towards the opponent by the Scorpius Zord's beam cannon. The second is a quintuple energy blast from all five Power Globes.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 7.

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/7/8/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/3/7/8: This combination features Kajiki Voyager as the right arm, Washi Voyager as the left arm, Chameleon Voyager as the right leg and the Scorpius Zord as the left leg.

The finisher for this combination is the Astro Force Draco Blast, performed in conjunction with the Draco Zord where the Astro Force Megazord fires is energy arrow alongside the Draco Zord's fire ball.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 8.

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/3/5/11[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/3/7/8: This combination features the Ursa Zords as the right arm, the Scorpius Zord as the left arm, the Taurus Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

Astro Force Megazord 1/6/7/8/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/6/7/8/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Aquila Zord as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and the Ophiuchus Zord as the left leg.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast, where the blades of the Aquila and Dorado Zords gather energy from the Power Globes and the Aquila Zord swings a large ball of energy, then the Dorado Zord stabs it, releasing a piercing energy spear at the opponent. An alternate version can be done where the blades of the Aquila Zord form a slash attack and the Dorado Zord launches the slash at the opponent.

Astro Force Megazord 1/4/6/7/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the left arm, the Ophiuchus Zord as the right leg and the Libra Zord as the left leg.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast where the Astro Force Megazord gives a powerful blast attack from the Chamaeleon and Dorado Power Globes.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 17.

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/7/8/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/7/8/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Aquila Zord as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and the Lupus Zord as the left leg.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast where the blades of the Aquila and Dorado Zords gather energy from the Power Globes and the Aquila Zord swings a large ball of energy, then the Dorado Zord stabs it, releasing a piercing energy spear at the opponent.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 21.

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/7/9/11: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Ursa Zords as the left arm, the Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and the Scorpius Zord as the left leg.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Superstar Blast: KyurenOh delivers a powerful blast attack alongside the Draco Megazord 3/5/10, the Flaming Phoenix Megazord, the Libra and Aquila Zords.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 24.

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/3/7/7[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/3/3/7/7: This combination features Chamaeleon Zord as the right arm, the Lupus Zord as the left arm, another Chamaeleon Zord as the right leg and another Lupus Zord as the left leg. This combination was made possible through the use of the Gemini Power Globe.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Double Blast: The Arm Astro Zords gather energy from the Lupus and Chamaeleon Power Globes and deliver a powerful blast attack.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 26.

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/5/8/9[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/5/8/9: This combination features the Dorado Zord as the right arm, the Aquila Zord as the left arm, the Taurus Zord as the right leg and the Scorpius as the left leg.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Final Blast where the Astro Force Megazord gathers energy from the Power Globes to send an energy blast then an arrow to finish off the enemy.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 28.

Its finisher is the Astro Force Ultra Blast where the Astro Force Megazord delivers a powerful blast attack alongside the Draco Megazord 2/10/11 and the Flaming Phoenix Megazord.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 40.

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/4/5/6[]

Astro Force Megazord 1/2/4/5/6: This combination features the Scorpius Zord as the right arm, the Taurus Zord as the left arm, the Ophiuchus Zord as the right leg and the Libra Zord as the left leg.

This combination is exclusive to Astro Force Episode 43.

Notes[]

  • Aquila and Ursa are the only Astro Zords to not become a leg part for any of the Astro Force Megazord's formations throughout the show.
  • With 8 Astro Zords who can have 4 different positions on the Megazord, the total number of possible combinations is 1680.
    • With the inclusion of the Ursa Zords, the amount of possible combinations increases to 3024.
    • With the revelation that the Aquila Zord can be utilized as wings, the number of potential combinations becomes roughly 4,704.
    • With the inclusion of the Leo Minor Zord, the total combinations is about 7,728, since the Aquila Zord cannot be used as wings while the Super Leo Zord is joined.
  • The Scorpius Zord is the first scorpion based Zord in Power Rangers.
