Asami "Sam" Yamamoto is the Pink Dino Charge Ranger in the Power Rangers Legend Wars series.
Character History[]
Sam was a new girl at Angel Grove High School just like Tracey. Because of that, the two quickly became friends. Sam lives alone with her father in Angel Grove. Sam's mother died years ago on an archaeological dig and left the Pink Energem she had found to her daughter. When a group of Sledge's monsters appeared on Sam's doorstep for the Energem, Sam escaped with the Energem having to leave her father behind.
After becoming the Pink Ranger, Sam became a fierce part of the team. Using her quick reflexes, Sam could damage monsters with ease using her Tricera Drill and Dino Saber.
Later on, Sam was trapped inside of the Ranger's base with a horde of Vivix, Tyson risked his life and stayed back with Sam to make sure she escaped.
Personality[]
Sam is a kind sweet nerdy girl. Sam kept her nerdy side mostly secret from everyone until Dante stumbled upon her reading comics. Sam is the backbone of the team and her kind words keep the team together.
