Arin Valyrius is one of the secondary protagonists of Power Rangers Insecto Miracle alongside Gage Arcturus. He is the elder brother of Kaelin Valyrius and the father of Zorron Valyrius and Rykiel Valyrius who morphs into the first King Beetle Ranger, the Gold Ranger of the Insecto Rangers. He also serves as the team's mentor.

Arin is a well-trained and resourceful leader, for both his kingdom, and for his sons: Rykiel, his youngest, and Zorron, his eldest. Under that exterior, however, Arin also has many fears, particularly his fear of completely losing his younger brother, Kaelin, to the side of evil forever.
