General Andrew Turner, Red Task Force Ranger, the son of General Turner, Andrew Turner, a College paternity student wasn’t even an intended candidate. Andrew was born to Captain Michael Turner and Millie Turner. By the age of 5 his mother of due a terrible accident. This left the duo of father and son heartbroken. Andrew was found himself in down a bad path and doing drug throughout his high school and half of college.

Andrew just exited frat and was drunk and decided to drive home. But he on the way on got pulled and over and arrested for driving under the influence and underage and until in his father bail out. His father took him to to work at Shining Star so he could do his work and have a discussion with in later.
As he ran into into 4 individuals, but he excused off. Later on saw something happening the four individuals. They were engulfed in energy of multi-color lights. Once energy dissipated, they seem turn into blue, yellow, pink, and green heroes. His father called them power rangers.

Andrew started out fun loving, partying troublemaker. He regularly did drugs and engage in hook ups. He did to the all this annoyance of his military father, General Michael Turner.

Andrew had learn to be leader, since he tends to goof around with Jose. He had to disciplined to the military teammate Henry. He got along with the timid Dakota and annoyed Nina. He was always seem to be more a go with the flow by type of leader, but a instructor the battle harden by Henry. This caused some issues with his father.
On father's day, Andrew completely all about loving his father. He screwed up badly with missions, angered his father. After visiting his grandfather understood that he needed to love and respect because his job and sacrifices he makes the world. After that, he promised to fall in line, he came improving leader from there on out.
Overtime he came supportive and understanding leader. Giving Jose's space to get his cowboy game back, being the first accept Dakota as transgender. Getting Nina to decide on career path. And figuring out that Henry had PTSD.
He was shown bravery and kindness to the mind controlled Larry Bates, and kinda helped the old soldier with his mental health problems.
