Andreas Costa is the first Legend Pirate Silver, the Silver Ranger of the Legend Pirates. After losing his Legend Pirate Silver powers, he later become Astral Guard Red, the Red Ranger and leader of the Astral Guard Rangers. As Astral Guard Red, his Astral Power is Mars.

Like Diego, Andreas is a balanced fighter who excels at both ranged and melee combat. When performing a Legend Shift, he typically transforms into previous Sixth Rangers and Extra Heroes. He also has the ability to fuse different Ranger Keys together, allowing him to transform into hybrid ranger forms while his encyclopedic knowledge of the previous Ranger Teams allow the Legend Pirates to harness the powers and weapons of their transformations to their full capacity.

- Legend Starburst: Inserting his Legend Pirate Key into the Anchor Strike Spear Gun Mode, Andreas fires a supercharged energy bullet at an opponent
- Legend Meteor: Inserting his Legend Pirate Key into the Anchor Strike Spear Spear Mode, Andreas hurtles it like a projectile to pierce through the opponent.
- Legend Starburst and Slash: A team attack where Andreas fires a Legend Starburst which one of the other Legend Pirates boots with a Legend Slash.
Legend Pirate Silver Gold Mode

After discovering his ability to create Hybrid Ranger Keys, Andreas created the Gold Anchor Key by combining all 15 of the Sixth Ranger keys which enabled him to transform into Legend Pirate Silver Gold Mode.
To activate Gold Mode, Andreas inserts the Anchor Key into a slot at the bottom of the Anchor Scanmorpher. Doing so summons a human sized Anchor Key that transforms into armor that attaches to Andreas' body as his helmet pushes down. In this form, he gains an increase in both speed and strength while the Anchor Strike Spear assumes a third form called Anchor Mode.
Final Waves
- Grand Legend Strike: Legend Pirate Silver Gold Mode's primary finisher where he summons the spirits of 7 of the past Sixth Rangers, who along with Andreas fire energy blasts that transform into the the remaining 8 past sixth rangers who attack the opponent before Andreas finishes them off with a double anchor slash.
- Grand Legend Dash: Andreas summons the spirits of all previous Silver Rangers along with RPM Gold Ranger to attack an opponent alongside him.
- Grand Legend Crush: Summoning the spirits of all fifteen previous Sixth Rangers, Andreas combines their power with his own as he performs a devastating jumping overhead anchor slash.
- Legend Shooting Slash: A team attack where Andreas hurls the Anchor Strike Spear in Anchor Mode while the other Legend Pirates perform a Legend Slash which combine with the Anchor Strike Spear to form an energy blast in the form of the Legend Pirates' symbol. When the blast strikes an opponent, the Anchor Strike Spear penetrates through them first while the Legend Slashes separate and deliver the final blow.
