As the Red Tribal Ranger, he has a Dragon motif. He pilots the Dragon Tribal Zord. The Red Tribal Ranger's main weapon is a sword called the Aerial Saber that resembles the Dragon Tribal Zord's tail. As a member of the Aerial Tribe, the Red Tribal Ranger can use Tribal Cards of that tribe with his Tiki Tribe Morpher.

With the Miracle Tribe Armor, all of the Tribal Rangers have an increase in power. The armor protects them from Status Inducements(like turning to stone, getting poisoned, etc.). Their shoulder armor can turn into large golden wings that blocked incoming attacks. The Header on their chest also bite opponents when they're close.

The Red Tribal Ranger Morphin Key is Altair's personal Morphin Key and what became of his powers after he along with the rest of the 34 Power Ranger teams sacrificed their powers to end the Legend Ranger War.

This key along with the majority of the Morphin Keys were collected by the Power Pirates and later used by the Quasar Pirates. The Red Tribal Ranger Morphin Key was mainly used by Captain Ryland (Quasar Pirate Red), who used it to fight as the Red Tribal Ranger. It was also used by Carver Docanin (Quasar Pirate Green) on three occasions.

After TBA were finally defeated, the Quasar Pirates gave the Morphin Keys back to their rightful owners. It is presumed that Altair received his key and became the Red Tribal Ranger once more.

The Tribal Charge Gear is one of many Surge Gears used by the Gear Surge Rangers to battle the Gearror Dynasty. In particular, when used by a Gear Surge Ranger’s Gatling Surge Morpher, the Tribal Charge Gear summons a Tiki Tribe Morpher and a Tribal Card for a Tribal Technique.
