Alphonse "Al" Travis is the father of the Aura Beast Rangers and their mentor. It was reveal that he was first Gold Dragon Ranger.
Biography[]
Alphonse's early life is still a mystery. In 1990, he left his family without warning or explanation and embarked on a quest to stop the Dragon Empire. During that time, he rescued Jack and built Aura.
Finally, when the Dragon Empire turned on Red Harbor, Alphonse returned. It was too late for immediate explanations, so he simply told his grown children what they needed to know and gave them their morphers. As they fought, he got them fired from their teaching positions, to their shock when they returned.

Alphonse is secretive, controlling and slightly gruff.
