Alisa Elena Angelovna Kirliana (rus.Алиса Елена Ангеловна Кирлиана) (Kanji: 尊. 明. 天使子. 日満杯) is Red Ladybug Synchro Ranger The Red Ranger of Synchro Bug Rangers.

A 35-year-old member of the Blood Sword, coming from the future as a digitized consciousness, taking an empty Syntek body in the present and modifying it to look like her.
Due to her skills as a spy and her strategic knowledge, Alisa is the de-facto leader of the group.
Her true power is the Quantum Ranger, but she restricted her power.
She was originally the girlfriend of her fellow Blood Sword member Mia Vittoria Comerio, and often reminisces about her while trying to find a new girlfriend. She soon makes friends with Koharu, being fascinated by the stories of spurned women that Koharu tells her, and they often spend time together, unaware of each other's identity at first but still carrying on their friendship once they know.
It's a running gag that Alisa spurns Mitsunari's advances on her by saying "I'm an independent woman, I'm not the type to spend my life with a man", which is what she says to him when she shoots him to death.
After Power Rangers Synchro Bug, she becomes the leader of the ALISA special unit, the Quantum Queen of Hearts. She defends the city of Fushigigorod, in Siberia, from the mysterious gang known as Die Jabberwocken, led by former J-pop idol Goran Dahmer and secret agent Lucian Carroll from the Intelligence Division of the Atlantic Federation.

- Elena Alice Fossi is an Italian darkwave singer, frontwoman of the band Kirlian Camera.
- Her patronymic being Angelovna is a reference to Angelo Bergamini, one of her bandmates. Her late girlfriend Mia Vittoria Comerio's name is made up of the names of Mia Winter Wallace and Alessandro Comerio, the other two members of Kirlian Camera.
- Alisa was written as a lesbian because the actual Elena Alice Fossi is one.
- In standard Japanese, the Shinrossiyan Kanji of Alisa's name would be read as "Totoi Akira Tenshiko Himanpai".
- Kirlian/Kirliana is technically an Armenian name, and its kanji are calques on the Armenian words Kir (sun) and Lyan (full).
