Plot[]
In the not-too distant future, 7 absent-minded people are kidnapped by the hermit Julianski Combskarov (played by Julian Combs, voiced by Yakov Smirnoff using his native Russian accent) and are trained to be Power Rangers after Watshisname Repulsa (played by Seth Green), Rita Repulsa's brother who she refuses to talk about, takes over the galaxy with his army of drunken soldiers.
