The 005 Megazord is the first Megazord of the Secret Agent Rangers and the combination of the Agent Zords. The Racer Zord forms the torso and head, Jet Zord forms both arms with its wings attaching to the Megazord's back, Truck Zord forms the waist and back and Marine and Cycle Zords forms the hips, thighs and legs, with both wheels having a piece of the sword inside of them and they both form the shield.
005 Megazord can combine with the Burning Megazord into Spy Megazord.
The Megazord's finisher is the Sky 0 Slash where it flies up, with the sword glowing in white energy and it flies towards the enemy. It creates with the sword a 0 of white energy and throws at the enemy, with the 0 trapping it and the Megazord slashes it horizontally.
Its second finisher is the Cycle Yo-Yo, where it attacks the enemy with the shield like a Yo-Yo several times, ending with throw it upwards and making it falls at the enemy.

The Agent Racer Zord is Zak's Zord, being based on a BMW 3 Series. The Zord forms the torso and head of 005 Megazord and of Spy Megazord.
Agent Jet Zord[]

The Agent Jet Zord is Trent's Zord, being based on a F-35 Lightning ll. The Zord forms the arms of 005 Megazord, with its wings attaching to the Megazord's back, the right arm of Spy Megazord and its wings attache to its back.
Agent Cycle Zord[]

The Agent Cycle Zord is Ruby's Zord, being based on a Ducati Diavel 1260. The Zord forms the left hip, thigh and leg of 005 Megazord, and both feet of the Spy Megazord, with its wheels having a part of the swords and they form the shield.
Agent Truck Zord[]

The Agent Truck Zord is Kase's Zord, being based on a Dump Truck. The Zord forms the waist and back of 005 Megazord and Spy Megazord.
Agent Marine Zord[]

The Agent Marine Zord is Henry's Zord, being based on a Navy Submarine. The Zord forms the right hip, thigh and leg of 005 Megazord and the left arm of Spy Megazord.

The Agent Drill Zord can combine with the 005 Megazord to form 005 Drill Megazord, in which the left hand detaches from the arm and the drill attaches to it. The finisher is Tornado Drill, in which the Megazord flies towards the enemy with its left arm in front of him and rapidly spins, piercing the enemy.
005 Cement Megazord[]

The Agent Cement Zord can combine with the 005 Megazord to form 005 Cement Megazord, in which the right hand detaches from the arm and the cement attaches to it. The finisher is Cement Blast, in which the Megazord shoots from the right arm cement at the enemy, who becomes concrete and it breaks.

Both Agent Drill and Cement Zords combine with the 005 Megazord to form 005 Megazord Drill and Cement, with both Zords attaching to their respective combinations arms. The finisher is Dual Crusher, in which the Megazord shoots cement at the enemy, who becomes concrete, and shoots the drill towards it, piercing and breaking it.
005 Megazord Beast Mode[]

The finisher is the Rainbow Beasts, in which the energy appears on the Beast Zords mouth and they shoot energy blasts based on their colors, alongside the Racer Zord shooting a red energy blast from it towards the enemy

- This is the first Megazord in which it doesn't have a Super Sentai counterpart.
- The finisher Dual Crusher is a reference to the Dual Crusher weapon from GoGo Sentai Boukenger.
- The 005 Megazord Drill and Cement is similar to the combination DriveMax Megazord Drill and Cement Formation.
