The Legendary Cosmic Rangers are a team of legendary Rangers with the goal of protecting the universe.

Zayto as the Morphin Master learned of the problems with the Order of the Knights of the Insecto-Knights and the Dino Charge Rangers with the approval of the other Morphin Masters decided to intervene and formed a team of Power Rangers to protect the universe.

Zayto will be joining the fight as the leader and will once again become the Zenith Ranger. The team will include two veterans:

Trey/Gold Zeo Ranger from Power Rangers Zeo.

Troy/Super Megaforce Red from Power Rangers Super Megaforce.

However, the team will also include young people who are yet to become new Rangers:

1) Gavin Navarro/Dino Charge Red Ranger II - Tyler and Shelby's son from a dark future where the Dino Charge Rangers were destroyed and deprived of Energem, as Tyler, Ivan, Kendall, and Heckyl went into space after the enemy and disappeared. However, Zayto gave him a new Red Energem. Gavin harbors a grudge against his father for abandoning him and his mother and considers him unworthy of being the Red Ranger, believing himself to be the best Red Ranger. And he also hates it when his name is confused with "Kevin".

2) Soni/SPA Pink Ranger - a cadet of the police academy Space Patrol Alpha. Has the ability to see future options in a dream, but she is not taken seriously, considering her a fool. Soni is a kinder and more loyal comrade, although she seems like an eccentric, ready to help everyone.
